JA Palm Tree Court, Dubai

Beautiful hotel. Lots of palm trees and so many beautiful peacocks. We had room number 497 with a garden view but we could also see the sea from the balcony. The bed is really big and comfortable. I had a problem with the noise the peacocks made every morning. So if you are a light sleeper, think twice! They are really noisy!! The room was close to the TAMAR pool and the lobby so I can say it was a good location. The room was always clean with fresh towels every day. They have ELEMIS in the bathroom which is a good brand. The only problem I had was that they had big bottles (shampoo/conditioner/shower gel) fixed on the wall in the shower but nothing above the bathtub. The hotel should think about families with children. They want to be in the bathtub, not standing in the shower. The TAMAR pool is great. My kid loves it the most. You will only see people staying at the Palm tree hotel there. Other people are not allowed. But you can visit any of the pools around. Be aware that you can't use an inflatable in the pool. Only small one for little kids who can't swim by themself. The classic size that you can lie on is not allowed. But I saw people using an inflatable with a net and that was fine ??? I was also surprised that you can drink in the pool, and that's disgusting to me. You just order a drink at the pool bar and then go to the pool with your drink. I didn't like it. (The drinks are nice by the way) The food at every restaurant is fantastic!!! The beach is very nice!! Good for kids because it's shallow at the beginning. Swimming with the horse was a fantastic experience! They also have beautiful and well-behaved horses in the stables. There is nothing to do in the evening after 9pm. Nothing except drinking. So quiet around ! Dubai mall is 1 hr away by shuttle bus. Last one is going there at 4pm and going back to the hotel at 8:30pm. My kid really loves this hotel and she wants to come back.!

We stayed in Palm tree court which has more of an apartment feel than a hotel but this worked for us well. We had access to the Tamr pool area which was lovely and we thought it was the best out of the pools near us. The staff were all attentive, pleasant and really helpful. The location is between Dubai and Abu Dabi

everything was perfect, will come back in november !! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the little details that make you feel at home. The location is perfect — close to the sea, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, especially the gardens, the nature and the Peacock all around the hotel. highly recommend and will definitely be coming back in november!

We loved everything about the resort, staying in the beachfront rooms made it feel very special. We stayed in one of the Residence suites so we were lucky to have the Butler service available to us and access to the Signature Lounge. We were only at the resort for 5 nights so having someone help us with restaurant bookings and having the buggies available to get around the resort, really helped us make the most of the short time we had. Communication was very good, we received a WhatsApp message the day before we arrived confirming they were expecting us. Before our stay we emailed about airport transfers and they were very responsive. The Signature lounge was a really useful resource, we had breakfast there and high tea, and made use of happy hour. There is also a pool area that only the Residence suites have access to, so we didn't have to get there early to guarantee a sun lounger. Every member of staff we met were friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. Wi-Fi was available throughout the resort and followed you across the resort so you didn't have to keep reconnecting. The peacocks were lovely and we didn't hear any sound from them at night (and not much during the day either).

It is offering all kind of options to its customer with its many pools, beach and kids activity and peacocks are just so random and so nice to see along with the fishes all around the tiny rivers
